Practical <3

Aim for today's practical : To learn how to identify the ABO blood type.

Blood grouping tile.

Antiserum A + Antiserum B.

Lancet, Alcohol Swab, Applicators stick.

First prick your finger with lancet, you can choose either the thin needle or the thick needle.

Lancet is usually used for babies during blood test ;P so it wouldn't be hurt when you being pricked ;)

Squeeze your finger as hard as you can ;P 

Add on Antiserum A as well as Antiserum to the tiny little red droplets each box.

Stir it gently with applicator stick. 

No agglutination occurs. O blood type.

Agglutination occurs at the second blood donor ;) A blood type.

Observation showed that my blood type is AB. I'm stingy ;P

 Li Shien's doctor fooled her, telling her that she is AB blood type but ended up with only one agglutination occurred. What's wrong? Whose fault? The doctor or the practical? @.@
